If you feel you have not had the service you expected from the National Health Service and want to complain, the law says you have the right to have the support of an advocate.
Healthwatch Southampton works closely with the The Advocacy People, an independent charity who provide a free and confidential advocacy. They are able to support you in making a complaint about healthcare received in the SO14-19 area.
For more general information about making an NHS complaint outside of the SO14-19 area, please visit the Healthwatch England website.
