What’s the Project?
We want to talk to people in England who:
- Use, or have used, adult social care
- May need adult social care in the future
We want to understand what it is like to get advice and information about care and support.
We want to hear from people with different backgrounds and experiences.
Why Take Part?
By taking part, you will help us:
- Understand how people find information about care
- Learn what helps and what gets in the way
We will use what you tell us to write a guide for councils. This will help them make better services and information that everyone can use.
Interested in Taking Part?
You can take part if:
- You are aged 18 or over
- You are happy to share your views in a one hour conversation by phone | On WhatsApp | Online (e.g. Zoom or Teams) | In writing (email or post) | In person
What Will You Receive?
- A £15 voucher to say thank you
- Help and support before and during the chat
- You can stop at any time
- You can bring someone with you (family, friend or support worker)
- Your answers will be anonymised and your identity confidential
