Healthwatch Southampton would like to hear from residents of Southampton (SO14-SO19 postcodes) about their experiences in accessing non-emergency transport to healthcare appointments. What works well and what could be better? We want to explore all aspects of non-emergency transport provisions e.g. bus, taxi, ambulance, rail, community provision, cycling and walking including accessing out of city healthcare appointments and provision for those with mobility issues.
