On 25th Jan 2025 Solent GP Surgery will be hosting a Diabetes
Day, alongside a range of partners including Solent
Connects. A special event to support and empower people living with diabetes.
As well as providing advice and information for
community members about Diabetes. There will be
opportunities for community members to speak with
other community and health organisations.
