- 68% of CYP showed a meaningful positive change in their Mental health and wellbeing score 6 weeks after the initial intervention. Additionally, 1 in 4 young people moved from having a ‘low’ wellbeing score to ‘moderate’.
- The percentage of young people returning to ED after being seen by a No Limits worker was 30% compared to 64% of those not seen by a youth worker.
- Progress data showed average scores for Substance misuse improved by 2.90, crime and violence improved by 2.75 and personal safety improved by 3.17 (self-identified scores from 1-10)
- 97.5% of hospital staff surveyed felt that the service had been of benefit to young people
- 85% of young people responding to our feedback survey said that they had been helped to think about their options
- 77% of young people reported that they felt better about themselves and 77% had found new ways of coping as a result of their interaction with a youth worker in the ED.
