There has been lots of national and local media coverage about the troubles of NHS Track and Trace. People have reported difficulties booking a test and experienced other frustrations with the system. We would love to hear your experiences as we are collating community perspectives:

Healthwatch Southampton is asking those responsible for providing and monitoring the system to set up a process for the public to report their feedback with a view to improving the system. At the moment the collection of feedback is ad hoc.
