A study group from King’s College London recently published their report summarising the key findings from their national survey of local Healthwatch conducted in December 2018 and January 2019. They achieved a 68% response rate.

The survey was the first phase of their ongoing National Institute of Health Research-funded study of the local operation and impact of Healthwatch in England. The study has four phases and ends in February 2021. You can find more information here.
