To celebrate 70 years of the NHS, the CQC published 70 stories highlighting individuals – from volunteers to front line staff and senior leaders. All have gone ‘over and above’. All have made a significant impact on the care people receive.
It’s not just about the NHS. The stories include people who work alongside health services in adult social care. They have also played a vital and integral role.
The case studies highlight the work that individuals have done to deliver great services in hospitals, care homes, GP practices and elsewhere.
