From 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017 Healthwatch Southampton commissioned seAp Advocacy Services to provide the Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) to all patients in the city requesting support with understanding and navigating through the NHS Complaints procedure and empowering them to raise complaints about any NHS funded service.
seAp have released their Annual Report for Southampton that highlights the work they’ve achieved as part of this commission.
